Master chef Wolfgang Puck creates the dishes that will be served at the Governors Ball, the post-telecast celebration following the 78th Academy Awards c on Sunday, March 5. 2006. This is the 12th consecutive year Puck has been selected as chef for the event. The menu includes Celery Root Soup with Fuji Apples and 24k Gold, and Pan Roasted Organic Chicken with Black Truffle Risotto. Over 32 pounds of Winter Black Truffles from Perigord, France will be consumed priced at $1K USD per pound, total of $32K USD.
