Phonehenge West is a creation by a Alan Kimble Fahey of Acton, CA. Fahey has built several quirky structures on his property for over the last 30 years, most of them constructed of telephone poles and other industrial materials. The city of Acton has cited Fahey over the last couple of years to cease building the structures, the city has not permitted them and deem them unsafe. Fahey was taken to court by the city and found guilty of 3 Misdemeanors, and he may face prison time and pay several fines. The structures may have to be ripped down as well. .Fahey has many supporters who feel his structures are incredible works of art, like the Watts towers.
