A memorial was held for Alice Gruppioni, who was visiting Venice on her honeymoon and was killed by a deranged driver on the Venice Beach boardwalk.
The driver turned himself in to police and is being held on $1 Million dollars bail. He hit 40 people with his car and injured over 11 seriously.
