Coffee Luwak or otherwise know by Indonesians as Kopi Luwak.
The Asian Civet, or locally known as the Luwak, is a cat-like animal that eats coffee Arabica cherries that pass through it's digestive tract where the cherries ferment and then are pooped out. The beans are usually intact and are cleaned and roasted to make the world's most expensive and prime coffee. One cup of Kopi Luwak can run up to $50 USD.
