A southern flag that reads "The South Will Rise Again" flies over damage in Plaquemines Parshish..Plaquemines Parish took the most heavy damage from hurricane Katrina. Located south of New Orleans, Plaquemines Parish had a large Shrimping fisherman community which was completely destroyed by Katrina. It is just starting to rebound six months after Katrina.
