30 inch water pipe burst under Sunset blvd, producing a geyser of water that flooded the UCLA campus. Water and mud flooded the athletic area of the campus with several feet of standing water.
An estimated 8 million to 10 million gallons of water was lost in the main break, according to the Department of Water and Power.
