Millions of bait fish die in the shallow waters of King Harbor. Biologist and area authorities believe the bait fish were seeking shelter from violent windy weather out at sea. The giant bait ball of fish became trapped in the harbor, the oxygen level in the water dropped to zero, killing most of the fish. There was no high levels of toxins found in the harbor water..Most of the fish will be recycled.
