The 405 freeway in Los Angeles is preparing for a two day closure July 16 and 17th, which is now being called "Carmageddon," by Angelenos. .Extreme traffic through out the city is predicted due to the 2 day closure of the 405 freeway. The 405 will undergo widening for new carpool lanes, along with one bridge demolition along the 10 mile closure.
